About Green Monster Landscapes

Mark Arsenault began Green Monster Landscapes, LLC in 2003 by installing walkways and patios with little more than a shovel and wheelbarrow. The business grew quickly, necessitating the addition of employees and equipment.

Today, the Green Monster Landscapes team consists of dedicated landscape professionals who are skilled in the areas of landscape design, stone masonry, hardscape installation, planting installation, fine gardening, irrigation, low-voltage landscape lighting, site construction and grading. The company is fully equipped to perform all of services on a turnkey basis; allowing them to control the quality of work and ensuring their clients receive nothing less than perfection.

FAQ’s

No, we are exclusively a Landscape Design-Build firm.

As much as we would like to, this is impossible. There are too many variables with design-build projects. We have to inspect the site, take measurements, and most of all get a sense for what you want. However, after meeting with you and inspecting the site, we will be able to talk budgetary numbers.

We do not offer landscape design as a stand-alone service; nor do we necessarily create one for all of our projects. We may produce a planting plan, scaled drawing, or just a concept sketch – however, this is determined on a project-by-project basis.

Generally, we will travel up to a 30-mile radius from Dover, NH. Many of our projects are in New Hampshire Lakes Region towns like Alton, Wolfeboro and Wakefield, and NH seacoast towns like Dover, Durham, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newfields, and Rye.

Yes! Weather permitting, we install permeable pavers, build dry stack stone walls, and also install interior stone veneer work.

We do not install swimming pools; however, we have managed many backyard pool projects. We can provide the electricians, plumbers, and even the pool installation contractors if needed. It makes sense to hire the landscape contractor as the GC because we are there for the duration of the project.
